Curriculum
The kelp. Relationships & Conflict Management program is designed to equip learners with the skills needed to navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
Learners will explore best practices for giving and receiving feedback, managing difficult conversations, and addressing performance or behavioural issues. The program also covers conflict resolution strategies, understanding workplace tensions, and fostering a culture of accountability and open communication.
Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 5.75 CPD points and a CPD accredited certificate in Relationships & Conflict Management.
