Crew: What happens if you leave a boat?

If you leave a before the end of your vessel/fleet subscription term, you will complete any ongoing live training but will not be able to start any new live training. You will retain access to online training content until the end of that year, but your account will not be renewed unless you decide to switch to an Individual account.

Vessels: What happens if a crew member leaves your boat?

If a crew member leaves the boat which has purchased a vessel subscription before the end of the subscription term, they will complete any ongoing live training but won’t be able to start any new live training. The vessel or fleet will be automatically issued a new license when the crew member leaves for the duration of the subscription term which can be allocated to a new crew member when they join the boat.

What if I want to upgrade to a different level?

Individuals, vessels & fleet customers are able to upgrade their membership to a higher tier at any time. Simply pay the difference in fees and gain immediate access to advanced training programs. As live training is heavily discounted within the subscription, we are unable to downgrade subscriptions once the term has started.

Is this content only yachting based?

We have a broad range of yachting specific content, alongside a vast range of wider skills, applicable in your yachting career or land-based position. This includes things like Artificial Intellience, Data & Cyber, Software Programs, Communication Skills, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Sales, and more.

How do I book live training courses?

Your personal career journey will be mapped out by our kelp careers advisors. Only one live program can be taken at a time in sequence in accordance with the plan set out with your kelp careers advisor, built to fit around your schedule and personal developemtn plan. This plan can be changed at any time if your plans or prioritise change.

Is my personal information secure?
