What payment methods do you accept?
kelp. accepts a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and BACS transfers. We currently process transactions in both British Pounds (£) and Euros (€).
How do I claim a discount on my desired live training course?
Found a course you like on our website or the kelp. platform? Purchase it at a discount directly through the platform, or contact our team to claim your special rate.
Please note that our live training programs are delivered by our core training partners, and the pricing is separate from your kelp. subscription due to the comprehensive nature, time, and depth of these courses.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are only provided if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of your initial purchase of an annual subscription, providing no training has commenced.

Vessels: What happens if a crew member leaves your boat?
If a crew member leaves a vessel with an active subscription before the end of the subscription term, they will be able to complete any ongoing live training until the annual subscription expires.
They will be given the option to maintain their subscription, independently.
