The Food Hygiene Level 4 program focuses on advanced topics including risk management, legal compliance, and developing a Food Safety Management System (FSMS). 

Learners will also explore hazard control measures, appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and strategies for continuous improvement and crisis management within food safety.

Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 1 CPD point and a CPD accredited certificate in Food Hygiene Level 4.
