The Food Hygiene Level 3 program is designed for those responsible for leading food safety initiatives, focusing on developing a strong food safety culture, hazard management, and risk reduction strategies.
The curriculum also covers equipment maintenance, temperature control, and ensuring regulatory compliance through audits.
Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 1 CPD point and a CPD accredited certificate in Food Hygiene Level 3.
