*The Food Hygiene Level 1 Program

The Food Hygiene Level 1 program is designed to provides a clear introduction to essential food hygiene practices, including contamination types and prevention, safe food handling, and workplace hygiene standards. 

Aimed at anyone working in food preparation or service, the curriculum also covers basic risk management principles to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. 

Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 1 CPD point and a CPD accredited certificate in Food Hygiene Level 1.
