The content includes pathogen control, allergen management and cross-contamination prevention, temperature control, safe food storage, and understanding compliance requirements during food safety inspections. 

Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 1 CPD point and a CPD accredited certificate in Food Hygiene Level 2.
