The TCA "Communication Etiquette" curriculum is designed to refine individuals' interaction skills, emphasizing effective communication, diverse communication styles, and appropriate forms of address.
Participants will learn to engage confidently with guests and crew from various cultural backgrounds, manage guest complaints gracefully, and uphold high standards of behaviour, personal presentation, and work ethics. This program ensures polished interactions and a professional demeanour in all settings.
Students will be awarded a TCA Communication Etiquette certificate upon completion.
