The TCA “Team Development & Communication” curriculum is tailored to enhance the dynamics and effectiveness of teams through strategic recruitment, safeguarding practices, and robust HR principles.
Participants will hone their communication skills, learn the art of effective team coaching, and master conflict resolution to foster collaboration. The program also highlights the importance of leadership communication, ongoing training, and providing impactful feedback to ensure cohesive and high-performing teams.
Students will be awarded a TCA Team Development and Communication certificate upon completion.
