It covers essential topics such as preparing for an appraisal, structuring appraisal discussions, appraising challenging staff members, avoiding common errors, following up on appraisals, and holding effective appraisal meetings. It also explores the DNA of a successful appraisal to help learners maximise their appraisal skills.
Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 1.75 CPD points and a CPD accredited certificate in Appraisal Skills.
