Each leader will have a series of functions to carry out when they are leading and managing their team. This session looks at the differences between leadership and management and when each of them needs to be applied. Get it right, and you can look forward to the support of your team and continual improvements. Once the session is complete, you will be able to identify the different occasions when you should apply management and leadership and what the end results should be.
