Across ten in-depth modules, you’ll cover the essentials of recruitment, management, and compliance for yacht crew. By the end of this course, you’ll not only understand the compliance side of HR but also master the strategic and cultural dimensions that make yacht crews excel. Course Format

• Blended learning delivered online via kelp.

• 12 hours of live teaching – Monday to Wednesday 8am to 12pm UK time

• 9 hours of guided self-study.

• Online assessments to complete at the end of each module

• 3 assignments to be presented during live sessions
