Every good leader needs to have two skills that drive the company or department: Commercial Awareness and Future Focus. This session looks at how to build both of these components, so you become aware of the direction the business needs to go and how to get there. Without them, you’ll be at the mercy of your competition and those companies who have planned effectively for their future. Once the session is complete, you’ll be able to identify the three components that support the future focus of the company, recognise what contingency plans mean and, construct future plans and forecasts by concentrating on the direction you wish to go.
