Each leader will have a series of functions to carry out when they are leading and managing their team. This session highlights six of these functions and the meaning behind each one, helping you to see hat needs to be done to get the team fully able to take responsibilities and get results. Once the session is complete, you will be able to identify the six leadership functions and interpret the meaning behind them, and also distinguish when each function should be utilised and be able to measure results.
