As your product range or service develops, there’ll be projects that need specialist expertise or people from a wider range of disciplines to get involved.
Communication can become more virtual, meaning that distance between you and that isn’t always as effective as face-to-face meetings.
Once this session is complete, you will be able to lead by example, have the right people in place and a plan to train teams to work in a more effective collaborative environment.
