We’ll define these behaviours and explore the legal framework surrounding them to better equip you in identifying instances within your workplace. Furthermore, we’ll highlight signs of workplace bullying, and explain the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers in addressing such misconduct. Additionally, the course will provide effective strategies for responding to and resolving issues, empowering both employees and employers. We’ll stress the importance of fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture, ultimately aiming to create an environment where everyone feels valued and safe.
