In this module we will explore the impact that stress and pressure can have and does have in our working life, and what we can do to better mitigate and reduce those impacts. Among other benefits, learning to reduce the impact of stress and pressure upon us will create more cognitive space, reduce the level of physiological reaction we experience and improve our sense of wellbeing, all building a greater level of influence and control.
