Raising Concerns

Subscribe Now

It may be necessary at times to raise concerns at work. There will be many reasons why you or someone else will have concerns, and if they are not addressed, they could cause deeper and more longer-lasting problems in the future. Many people will hide their concerns because they don’t know how to deal with them, or they fear the repercussions and consequences if they raise them. But this will just deepen the problems and not help the people concerned. Once the session is complete, you will be able to examine why concerns should be raised, prepare for an informal or formal meeting, and demonstrate the skills necessary to raise and deal with any concerns there might be at work.

Learning Objectives;
• Examine why concerns should be raised at the time they occur.
• Prepare to take action, either informally or formally.
• Demonstrate the skills necessary to raise and deal with any concerns at work.
