An organisation’s culture can be explained as the behaviours, standards, rules and values that it lives by. It can be considered as the company’s character and the characteristics can identify its overall culture. If you work for an organisation that has a poor culture, you will see this through the attitudes and beliefs of the people who work there. Once the session is completed, you will be able to define what a company’s culture is, identify what it’s based on and how an open and transparent culture can make staff happier in their work.
