Leadership Styles

A leader can’t just lead in the same way with everyone. Different individuals need different styles in order to get the best value out of them. This session looks at six different leadership styles, devised and developed by Daniel Goleman from over 3000 interviews. His research showed that, if we are to be successful, we need to determine which style works best in different situations and circumstances. Once the session is complete, you’ll be able to Identify the six different learning styles, recognise the situations and circumstances in which to apply them and compare results when you apply the different styles, so you know which is best for the different situations you face.
