In this  series of Mental Fitness & Resilience modules, you will develop your mental fitness and resilience skills and be introduced to frameworks that help create happy, healthy and sustainable working cultures. With increasing awareness, we are all able to bear more influence and control in our lives, but this awareness must be followed with action.

You will explore the relationship between wellbeing and performance and not only help you in how to IDENTIFY the opportunities to invest in your wellbeing through mental fitness and building resilience but also how best to TAKE those opportunities.

The knowledge and skills that you will develop in modules 1 to 8 will help you to understand ’emotional interference’ in more detail, generate insight as to how you can better relate to any challenges, generate more influence and control in your life and better navigate the leadership pressures in yachting.
