Introduction Module (Command and Senior Leadership)

Welcome to Command and Senior Leadership. This is a transformational leadership programme to enhance your career, increase your self-awareness and inspire your teams to maximise performance.

This blended programme has been designed for individuals working in Senior positions within the yachting industry; be that at sea or ashore working within a management company. It will lead you on a personal journey supporting you to better understand leadership and how, through understanding your intrinsic self, you will appreciate the impact you have with those you engage with both professionally and personally. Through this insight, you will be able to make informed decisions when facing differing situations ensuring the best outcomes for you and the teams you lead.

Your instructional team have been specifically selected based on their professional background, experience and knowledge in their specialist area; each providing a unique contribution to the programme.
