How to Manage Change

Change is the one constant in life. However, it can effect employees negatively because not everyone welcomes new ideas, restructuring, or new working methods. Change is unstoppable. So, in business, change is defined as the project, initiative or solution being introduced within the organisation to improve the way work is carried out. Managing change refers to when you proactively make a change to benefit your organisation. 

Remember, no organisation can afford to stand still. There are always new challenges to meet, and better ways of doing things. However, every change you need to make should be planned and implemented with care; otherwise, it could end up doing more harm than good. This is why you, as a team leader, must play a key role in guiding your team. There are some things to consider when implementing change.
