In order to carry out a risk assessment, you need to distinguish the hazards in your workspace, moreover, you need to identify how these hazards can be either eliminated or to find a way whereby you can reduce the risk of harm or injury.
Once you’ve established the risks and how to avoid them, or even better; eliminate them, you need to write them down and share them with the individuals in that workspace, and it is absolutely crucial that you make individuals read and understand them, as it’s your responsibility.
