The kelp. Leadership & Management program is designed to equips learners with the tools to lead confidently, manage teams effectively, and drive organisational performance.
Key topics include leadership styles, trust-building, change management, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. The curriculum also addresses advanced areas such as managing neurodiverse staff, organisational culture and strategy, and includes insightful audiobooks on productivity, feedback, and leadership techniques.
Upon completion of all courses within this curriculum, learners will be awarded 10.5 CPD points and a CPD accredited certificate in Leadership & Management.
