The TCA “Leadership and Management Skills” curriculum is designed to cultivate strong leaders and effective managers by exploring the dynamic relationship between these roles.
Participants will learn about various leadership styles and the art of delegation, alongside techniques for performance management, goal setting, and enhancing motivation. This program also focuses on fostering motivation and engagement, essential components in driving team success and achieving organisational objectives.
Students will be awarded a TCA Leadership and Management Skills certificate upon completion.
