Every person has ethics and values that they think are important to them. Some will be more beneficial for society than others. Companies also have ethics and values that they try to live by. They are the principles, morals and determine all employees’ behaviours…they can also be quite subjective in their nature. Once the session is complete, you will be able to distinguish values and ethics in a company, identify what are good and bad ethics and values, and cite examples of ethical behaviours in the workplace.
