Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are only provided if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of your initial purchase of an annual subscription, providing no training has commenced.

Three-Year Subscriptions: As these plans offer a significant discount for the longer commitment, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of three-year subscriptions

Crew: What happens if you leave a boat?

If you leave a vessel or fleet before the end of the subscription term, you will be able to complete any ongoing live training.

 

You will retain full access to your online training content and all of the non-live programs until the end of subscription.

 

Your account will not automatically renew unless you choose to switch to an Individual subscription.

Vessels: What happens if a crew member leaves your boat?

If a crew member leaves a vessel with an active subscription before the end of the subscription term, they will be able to complete any ongoing live training until the annual subscription expires.

 

They will be given the option to maintain their subscription, independently.
